EJSS publishes four issues each year. Accepted articles may be made available online before assignment to a completed issue, with their DOI and publication metadata.
The journal is responsible for maintaining access to the version of record, DOI registration and article metadata. Long-term preservation arrangements should be stated here only after the archive provider and coverage have been contractually verified. Indexing services and DOI registration do not, by themselves, constitute a digital-preservation system.
If publication of the journal ceases, FESSS will endeavour to maintain continued access to the published archive and metadata through the journal platform and any verified preservation partner.
Editorial implementation note — do not publish until completed
Before this page goes live, identify and verify a recognised preservation arrangement such as CLOCKSS, Portico, PKP Preservation Network or a national legal-deposit service. Replace the general wording above with the provider’s exact name and coverage statement. Do not claim “permanent archiving” solely because the journal is indexed in Scopus, EBSCOhost, ProQuest or DOAJ.
